{Through My Eyes} Royalton Cancun

The Royalton Riviera Cancun. Something for everyone. I've spent a few days here and sent several clients and it's just a great place to spend your vacation in Mexico if you are looking for an all inclusive resort that appeals to everyone, this is the spot. It's got a variety of restaurants, a kid's club and a teen club. Stay in the adults only Hideaway section if you don't want to hear the joyful laughter of kids in the splash pad. Planning a destination wedding and have a wide variety of ages who are attending? The Royalton Riviera Cancun is definitely worth your consideration. The resort itself is large but not too large. It's set away from the hustle and bustle of hotel row in Cancun. To get there you take a several minute drive through the lush mangroves. You almost think your driver has taken a wrong turn.

The spa and workout facilities here are extensive. Book a one hour spa treatment and they include a hydrotherapy treatment with it. I've heard from trusted sources that is hydrotherapy treatment is to die for. I've added it to my list for "next time." I can say that the pedicure I treated myself to was very, very good, so I'm not surprised to hear the word on the rest of the spa.

There are enough restaurants here that you won't get bored for a week and we were pleasantly surprised at how amazing the international buffet was. It was extensive, fresh, and everything we tried was really, really good.

We thought all the food we tried at Royalton Riviera Cancun was great. You definitely want to hit as many of the restaurants as you can. But because usually we poo poo buffets and this one was so darn good, I wanted to share some images with you. It's a great option for off hours dining of those days where you don't want to shower and just want to eat an early dinner!

Traveling with kids? There's a kid's club and a teen club. There is also a really spacious splash area and some small waters slides that will keep your littles occupied while you soak up some sun. Don't worry, there is a bar at this pool and a grill to grab your kid's favorite snacks.

Ready to plan your Royalton vacation? You can find me here!
